Class Policies & Participation Agreement

By purchasing a ticket and participating in a class, workshop, or event with The Art Farm Gallery, you acknowledge and and accept our Pariticpant Waiver & Media Release. 

Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

Art and craft classes are hands-on experiences that may involve the use of tools, materials, and equipment. While every effort is made to provide a safe environment, participation carries some risk, including cuts, burns, minor injuries, allergic reactions, or damage to personal belongings. By participating, I understand and accept these risks.

By participating, I agree that The Art Farm Gallery will not be held responsible for injuries, losses, or damages that may result from my participation, except as otherwise required by law.

I understand that my safety depends in part on following all instructions provided during the class or event and using tools, materials, and equipment as directed. I accept responsibility for following these guidelines and recognize that failing to do so may increase the risk of injury.

I confirm that I am physically able to participate in the activity and will inform the instructor of any allergies, health concerns, physical limitations, or other conditions that may affect my participation before the class begins.

If the participant is under the age of 18, I certify that I am the participant’s parent or legal guardian and give permission for them to participate under the terms of this agreement.

Ticket Purchase Non-refundable

Because we reserve materials and seating for each participant, all ticket purchases are non-refundable.

If your plans change, we’re happy to help you move to another class date when space is available. A $10 rescheduling fee applies per ticket, and requests must be made before the scheduled class time. Participants who do not attend and do not contact us in advance will forfeit their ticket.

Photo & Video Release

We love sharing the creativity and community that happens at The Art Farm Gallery! From time to time, we may take photos or videos during classes, workshops, and events. By participating, you give us permission to use these images or recordings for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes, including on our website, social media, and printed materials.

You understand that you will not receive payment for the use of these images or recordings and that The Art Farm Gallery may use them without providing advance approval of the final content.
